BC Housing offers a Flexible Benefits Program that lets eligible employees choose coverage options that work best for them and their families. The plan includes routine dental, restorative dental, orthodontics, vision care, traditional medicine coverage, alternative medicine coverage, massage therapy, acupuncture, medical equipment and supplies and travel insurance. Employees may also receive a health spending account that can be used towards additional extended health and dental costs.
