Presice Builders Ltd. (“PBL”), dba PRES-ICE Builders (“PIB”), Patricia Cunliffe (“Cunliffe”) and Inderjit Sangha (“Sangha”), contrary to section 14(5) of the Homeowner Protection Act (the “Act”), published information implying, suggesting or holding out in any matter that PRES-ICE Builders Ltd. (“PIB Ltd.”) is a licensed residential builder during the period of, or about, May 8, 2024, and July 17, 2024, without PIB Ltd. being a BC Housing (“BCH”) Licensed Residential Builder (“LRB”). On July 17, 2024, BCH issued Compliance Order 24-0013 to PBL, Cunliffe and Sangha directing that PBL, Cunliffe and Sangha:
- immediately cease all signage, marketing, and other publications that imply, suggest, or hold out in any manner that PIB Ltd. is a licensed residential builder.
PBL, Cunliffe and Sangha were ordered to comply with Compliance Order 24-0013 by August 9, 2024. Complied.
