1345277 BC Ltd. (“134’) and Veenu Saini (“Saini”), contrary to section 14(1) of the Homeowner Protection Act (the “Act”), conducted the business of a residential builder without a valid BC Housing (“BCH”) Residential Builder Licence on, or about, April 18, 2024, regarding a new home in Nanaimo, BC (the “New Home”). On April 23, 2024, BCH issued Compliance Order 24-0010 to 134 and Saini directing that 134 and Saini:

• immediately provide BCH with the required documentation necessary to complete a Residential Builder Licence Application to successfully become a Licensed Residential Builder pursuant to section 14(1) of the Act.

134 and Saini were ordered to comply with Compliance Order 24-0010 by May 31, 2024.
