BC Housing provides funding for scholarships, awards, grants and training to help students in need achieve their education goals.
Every year, BC Housing contributes more than $80,000 in education funds to over 75 students across the province. We also offer funding for select scholarship, bursary, and student research programs that support B.C.’s residential construction industry. In addition, BC Housing provides opportunities for student co-op and internship programs.

Fostering innovation and knowledge sharing, these grants are open to housing sector, industry and consumer organizations as well as independent researchers.
Discover our range of post-secondary awards and bursaries for residents in a household directly receiving subsidy from BC Housing, or receiving rental assistance through the Rental Assistance Program (RAP).
We help graduate students registered in this innovative BCIT program by providing research funding.
In partnership with the Real Estate Foundation of BC, we fund BCIT research projects that promote green values in construction development.
BC Housing helps fund KPU scholarships and bursaries for students who are enrolled in trades and technology courses, particularly Indigenous students or those with low incomes.
As part of the Residential Construction Trades program, we contribute bursary funding to the TRU Foundation. Preference is given to Indigenous students or those with low incomes.
