BC Housing tenants are given a copy of our Tenant Handbook when they move into a public housing development. The handbook has information on your new home, your rent, safety, conflicts and complaints, transfers, maintenance and repairs, tenant groups, tenant programs and your rights as a tenant.

If you did not receive your Tenant Handbook or have misplaced it, ask your Building Manager for a copy, or download it.
