If you would like your company, technology, material or service to be considered by BC Housing, suppliers are encouraged to register with MERX electronic tendering service at www.merx.com . Through the Opportunity Matching feature, MERX will automatically notify registered suppliers of newly posted opportunities, including BC Housing opportunities, that match your business interests based on the criteria specified in your supplier profile.

  Hazardous Material Inventory  
BC Housing is committed to maintaining safe working environments. This includes the control and communication of known potential hazards. Prior to commencing work activities, vendors (contractors, consultants, suppliers) who perform work activities on or to the physical structure of BC Housing property are required to view the Hazardous Material Inventory, to check for known hazardous materials (asbestos, lead based paint) and other potential hazards to ensure safe working conditions.
         
  General Terms & Conditions   If you are awarded a contract/work order, you are subject to terms and conditions as set out by BC Housing.
         
  Supplemental General Conditions – Minor Construction Works   If you are awarded a minor construction contract, you are subject to terms and conditions as set out by BC Housing.
         
  Supplemental General Conditions – Consulting   If you are awarded a consulting contract, you are subject to terms and conditions as set out by BC Housing.
                                                               
Vendor Direct Deposit Form   Download the Direct Deposit Payment Form,  complete the form, and then submit the completed form via fax to 604-433-5915. Questions can be submitted via email to purchasing@bchousing.org.
         
  Certificate of Insurance Form   BC Housing requires all contractor's/consultant's broker/insurer to use the BCH Certificate of Insurance Form at the beginning of the contract term and when an insurance policy expiry date occurs before the completion of the contract.
         
  Appendix A - Summary of Work: Asbestos Abatement   This document outlines the guidelines for performing Asbestos abatement services as set out by BC Housing.
         
  Appendix B - Hazard Summary for Contractors
/ Prime Contractors
  This document contains details of known possible risks in the workplace that require elimination or control procedures in place to reduce, eliminate or control hazards and ensure safety of persons in the workplace.
         
Appendix C - Hazard Management Guide for Service Providers and Contractors   This guide is intended to provide some further guidance for contractors / service providers on addressing potential risks identified in Appendix B.
         
  Contractor's Waste Management Tracking Form    This form is intended to be completed by demolition and renovation contractors.
         
  Guidelines For Engaging Professional Services    If you are awarded a contract, you are subject to terms and conditions as set out by BC Housing.
