| Hazardous Material Inventory |
BC Housing is committed to maintaining safe working
environments. This includes the control and communication
of known potential hazards. Prior to commencing work
activities, vendors (contractors, consultants, suppliers)
who perform work activities on or to the physical structure
of BC Housing property are required to view the Hazardous
Material Inventory, to check for known hazardous materials
(asbestos, lead based paint) and other potential hazards to
ensure safe working conditions.
