Information for applicants

Applied for a position at BC Housing or want to know more before applying? Here is some information that should help.

Our recruitment process

  • All positions listed on our website are current and open.
  • Once an application for a position has been received, our Recruitment team and the Hiring Manager will review each résumé and establish a “short-list” for testing and/or interview.
  • The short-listed candidates will be contacted to arrange a time for them to come in for testing and/or an interview.
  • A job posting will only be removed from our website once the successful candidate(s) has been found. So, if you see a position listed on our website – it’s still open!
Please note: Only those candidates short-listed for testing and/or an interview will be contacted. The time from a job being posted to establishing a shortlist can be up to six weeks.
