The Provincial Modernization & Improvements Program (M&I) provides funding for capital repair projects for non-profit and directly managed developments across British Columbia. This program is part of BC Housing’s capital planning process developed to protect and manage our existing social housing for the long term. Funding is allocated annually and based on priority ranking system.
