Non-profit providers are required to submit reports to BC
Housing.

| Operational Review | This includes a review of operations, which may include a physical, financial, and administrative, and involves an on-site visit with your Non-Profit Portfolio Manager. | Every 3 years |

| Financial Review | If the subsidy provided is more than $50,000/year, an audited financial statement must be submitted. If the subsidy provided is $50,000/yr or less, an unaudited financial statement must be submitted. | Due annually, within four months of fiscal year end |
