What can I expect after the operational
review?
After the operational review has been performed your NPPM will send you an Operational Review Report, usually within 30 days from the date of the on-site visit. This report will outline the findings of the operational review and will also highlight any Action Plans assigned to you. Your NPPM will continue to work with you and will offer appropriate supports and tools to successfully address issues identified in the Action Plans. |

What is an Action Plan?
An Action Plan is created when and if findings from the operational review reveal that there are items to address. Action Plans can be assigned to your society or to BC Housing, and your NPPM will identify who is responsible for the Action Plan. In the Operational Review Report all Action Plans are highlighted and assigned a due date. Your NPPM will consult with you to assign the due date for the Action Plan item. |
