These calls are intended for non-profit societies and/or private operators interested in partnering with BC Housing to provide housing with support services. Request for Proposals - Affordable Rental Housing Initiative partnership between Columbia Basin Trust and BC Housing
April 8, 2013

BC Housing is inviting prospective proponents to submit proposals for the creation of affordable rental housing projects for low to moderate income households in the Columbia Basin. BC Housing and Columbia Basin Trust (CBT) have entered into an Affordable Rental Housing Initiative (Columbia Basin) partnership to provide capital grants for projects that would qualify under this program. For further details please refer to Part 2 – The Deliverables.

BC Housing will host a mandatory information meeting in various locations throughout the Columbia Basin. Meetings will include representatives from BC Housing and CBT. Please refer to Appendix C - Information Meeting Details.

All questions related to submissions must be e-mailed to Mike Lachocki at purchasing@bchousing.org and must be received by May 8, 2013 at 2:00pm.

Request for Proposals must be made in the prescribed format and received by 2:00 p.m. on June 7, 2013, forwarded to the attention of Mike Lachocki at:
