Non-Profit Proposal Calls
BC Housing non-profit housing proposal calls are moving
to MERX
Effective
July 2, 2013, all BC Housing non-profit proposal
calls for new and existing housing will be made available through
the
MERX Canadian Public Tender
system. Non-profit housing and shelter providers will be able
to view new proposal calls, receive email notifications and submit
proposals online. Proposal calls that have been posted prior to
July 2 will remain on our website until their closing date.
BC Housing staff will help housing and shelter providers
register with MERX. Once registered, housing providers will have
access to the full range of MERX’s services as a
partnership benefit provided by BC Housing at no cost. Please

to register with MERX.

Current Funding Opportunities
BC Housing is currently accepting proposals for the
Community Partnership Initiatives (CPI)
program. This program provides interim financing, partnership
referrals and advice, and arranges long-term financing for
non-profit societies interested in developing self-sustaining,
affordable rental for low to moderate income.
