Subsidized Housing
This is long-term housing with rent
geared to income (30% of household total gross income, subject to
minimum rent based on # of people) for people who
permanently reside in British Columbia when
applying,
with
gross household income below a certain limit.

| Seniors | Must be age 55 and older. |
|

| People with disabilities | Must be able to live independently and be in receipt of a recognized disability pension or are considered disabled for income tax purposes. |

Singles & Couples

| Individuals who are Aboriginal | There is off-reserve Aboriginal housing available to households and individuals with Aboriginal ancestry, including status and non-status Indians, Métis and Inuit. |
