Affordable Rental Housing means rental housing that
is modest in terms of floor area and amenities, based on household
needs and community norms, and is priced at or below average market
housing rents or prices for comparable housing in a community or
area, and is provided to individuals or families of
Low
and
Moderate
Income.
The
Columbia Basin
Trust (CBT)
is the first partner on an
Affordable Rental Housing initiative that will help facilitate the
provision of affordable housing for low to moderate income
households in the Columbia Basin region.
